We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate resources, including people and technology, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in project coordination or management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, particularly in a SaaS environment, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
