Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machinist Precision Specialist to join our team at Pin Point Recruitment. This role involves operating Fixed Head CNC machines to produce precision components based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Set up and operate Fixed Head CNC machines to meet production targets and quality control standards.
  2. Familiarize yourself with programming tools for the machines and understand live tooling and machining operations.
  3. Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and contributing to team collaboration.
  4. Perform routine maintenance tasks on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operating Fixed Head CNC machines with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with various materials such as Steel, Stainless steel, Brass, Aluminium, and plastics like Acetal, Nyon 66, PTFE.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
