About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for undertaking technical analysis, designing solutions, documenting work, and communicating with stakeholders.

  1. Technical Analysis: Conduct in-depth technical analysis of business requirements to inform technical solutions.
  2. Solution Design: Design and implement technical solutions for business problems, ensuring regular feedback and adjustments.
  3. Documentation: Document all data architecture designs and analysis work, as well as create and maintain data artefacts and design documents.
  4. Cloud Platform: Support the implementation of a new cloud data platform to support bank-wide initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, adapting communication styles accordingly.
  6. Team Development: Coach and develop junior members in the team.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the evolving landscape of data and regulations surrounding this.
In Return:

We offer a competitive salary range of £75,000 - £83,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  1. A discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous work experience as a Data Architect in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of data solution design and data modelling, as well as agile methods and processes
  • Exposure to Azure data platforms would be advantageous
  • Previous experience communicating updates and obtaining requirements from stakeholders
