Job Description:

As a Liaison and Diversion Service Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in Police Custody Suites and Magistrates Courts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with individuals facing complex issues, such as substance misuse, mental health concerns, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with agencies to develop effective plans and interventions.
  • Design and deliver targeted community-based interventions to promote access to necessary services.

You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, making informed decisions that involve analysis and interpretation. A flexible approach to working hours is also required, given the service's operating hours.
