Job Description

Liaising with clients and ensuring partnership is maintained is a key aspect of this role. Effective communication is crucial to ensure installations are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources and monitoring quality and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and inspirational leadership to the team, ensuring delivery of the project(s).
  • Manage and plan contract resources and activities to meet financial, operational, environmental, and quality targets.
  • Continual review of resources and activities to maximise operational performance and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Continual review of existing working practices to introduce alternatives promoting efficiency, through monitoring and analysing performance.
  • Identify ways to increase/exceed customer satisfaction while maintaining the company's financial position.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager in all areas of the contract as required.
Requirements
  • (NRSWA) Streetworks Supervisor qualification is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Full UK Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence is essential.
