About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team at HomeServe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to Health and Safety protocols
Requirements
  • Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing (desirable)

Training and Support

We offer an extensive training programme to help you settle into your career with HomeServe. This includes:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 in our award-winning training facility, covering all things HomeServe, Health and Safety, tools and equipment
  • Week 2-3: Buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer
  • Week 4: 3 days in Nottingham for additional training and support
