About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Midsomer Norton. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Our residential service is a welcoming and friendly environment, and no two days will be the same. You'll have the opportunity to teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage participation in local communities, and engage in a range of activities with the people we support.

What We Offer
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
