Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our innovative offsite manufacturer in Ripley. The successful candidate will have strong experience and understanding of CNC machinery, as well as excellent diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on maintenance, collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Increase equipment uptime by implementing preventive maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks.
  • Maintain expertise across engineering disciplines, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Oversee procurement for parts and spares, adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for equipment inspections and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with CNC machinery, specifically, including diagnosing issues and axis calibration.
  • Strong diagnostic skills using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Recognised qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficient with Windows-based software to manage digital maintenance records.

The Package: Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Pension, Flexible Benefits Package & more.
