Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret large data sets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and related functions.
  • Assist in testing new software system reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during sickness or holiday, assist with busy workloads, and perform ad-hoc tasks.
  • Work a standard 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Potential to become a permanent member of our team, depending on performance.
  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £20 per hour, plus holiday pay (equivalent to up to £40,000 per annum).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills and a keen understanding of financial regulations and standards.
