We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to provide support to the finance department at Burges Salmon. In this role, you'll work closely with the central finance team and legal teams to ensure a seamless billing experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee billing and charge rates, ensuring compliance with client and legislative standards.
  • Train new starters and implement new processes.
  • Address billing and charge rate issues.
  • Review and process bills and credit notes.
  • Ensure bills meet legislative regulations and firm policies.
  • WIP & Disbursements: Handle write-offs, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Support complex billing needs and attend legal team meetings.
  • Coordinate monthly billing for complex clients.
  • Manage Ebilling clients and resolve errors.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports.
