Maintenance and Repair Technician

City Facilities Management seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer and Maintenance Professional to join their team. This key position involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
Key Accountabilities:- Safety
- Adhere to health & safety legislation and Company policies at all times.
- Compile specified reports and compliance documentation, addressing any issues that arise.
- Technical Expertise
- Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timelines, ensuring accurate completion of related paperwork.
- Respond quickly and effectively to service call requests from the Helpdesk, identifying requirements and performing repairs as necessary.
- Optimise maintenance and repair workflows to meet agreed deadlines and response times.
- Procure spares in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery.
Estimated salary: £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
