Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at AG Talent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the development of our cutting-edge software products.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of 4 software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with the product manager to make technical decisions and drive the development of our software products.
- Run code reviews, paired programming, and technical design to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.
- Drive high performance within the team, improving performance and knowledge.
- Simplify the architecture and improve scalability of our software products.
About You:
- A Senior, Lead, or Principal Engineer with leadership experience.
- Experience with Node.JS and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Ideal experience with frontend development using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with product managers to drive changes and explain technical trade-offs.
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) or Single Page Applications (SPA).
- Ability to empower engineers to push to production on their own using CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless computing is highly desirable.
