About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our dedicated Renewable Energy division at Climate17. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing
    • Utilize various technologies and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates, including CRM systems, job boards, and industry networks.
  • Interview Management
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, video conference, and in-person meetings.
  • Candidate Management
    • Develop and maintain a database of candidate profiles, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Client Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress against live jobs.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding Climate17's presence in the renewable energy sector.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Utilize analytics software to track key activity metrics and jobs pipeline, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Education
    • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant degree/commensurable experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of roles with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
    • High level of English, with Spanish as a native language.

    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
