SEN Learning Support Assistant

Role Details:
We are seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will provide one-on-one or small group support, assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), and help students engage in classroom activities and promote their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Help students engage in classroom activities and promote their independence.
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons tailored to individual needs.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
- A valid DBS check is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
