Adult Social Care Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Specialist to join our HART service at Leicestershire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prioritising urgent referrals to meet key performance indication response times within a two-hour window. You will also work closely with colleagues to programme the efficient deployment of culturally appropriate reablement support to meet identified goals and support needs.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in Adult Social Care, with experience of managing risk and ensuring the best outcome for customers. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion are also essential.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,998 - £27,273 per annum (pro rata for part time), as well as opportunities to progress within a large public sector organisation and extensive training and development opportunities.
