We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Warner Hotels. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, including handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and out, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the Reception Manager and Reception Team Leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.
