Nightcare Companion

Home Instead is seeking Nightcare Companions across East Fife to provide support and companionship to our clients during waking night shifts.

We are looking for reliable, kind, and caring individuals who can adapt to our clients' needs during the night. The responsibilities of a Nightcare Companion include supporting our clients with personal care, medication prompts, and companionship.

The areas we cover include Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Markinch, Leven, Cupar, Ceres, St Andrews, and the East Neuk. As a Nightcare Companion, you will have your own space in the client's home for personal belongings.

The role involves working 10 hour shifts, frequently supporting clients during the night, introducing new clients, and providing personal care, companionship, and medication prompts.

You do not need prior experience or qualifications as full training is provided. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older people would be beneficial.
