Beauty Expert

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at MediCare Pharmacy Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Beauty industry and excellent customer service skills, always maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge and application. The person should promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients
Promote the Clarins brand and its products
Maintain a high standard of product knowledge and application
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements
GCSE (or equivalent qualification) Maths and English – Grades A-C
Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening
Eligible to work in the UK (Proof Requested)

Desirable Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year's experience working within an Agency cosmetics retailing environment

Working Hours
32 hours per week, Monday - Saturday, as per the rota

Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business
