We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client's team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Ledger team and ensuring the timely collection of monies owed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Credit Control Strategy: Create a structured approach to debt management, including an audit of the customer database and development of robust KPIs.
- Debt Management Programme: Devise a debtor management programme, implementing a robust remedial action plan as customers hit specific debtor milestones.
- Statement Production and Reconciliations: Ensure timely production of customer statements and sales ledger reconciliations to deadlines, including narrative and commentary on issues and risk.
- Credit Insurance and Risk Management: Assist in negotiating best deal credit insurance and ongoing communication with insurer regarding aged debt.
- Previous Experience: Must have previous experience working in accounts receivable and managing credit risk.
- CICM Qualification: Hold a CICM qualification and demonstrate the positive impact you have had in previous roles.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, including benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, increasing to 30 after five years.
