We are seeking a skilled Night Porter to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a key member of our Night team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night.

Working closely with the Night team, you will be responsible for resolving guest issues efficiently and positively, working on your own initiative, and forging strong relationships with all departments.

This is a varied role that involves every step of our customer journey, from check-in to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar.

As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of what great customer service looks like, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive in resolving problems.
