About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Triage Handler to join our Personal Lines Triage team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers making claims or seeking information on existing claims. Your excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers will enable you to provide a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Gather relevant information to direct customers to the right team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective claim handling
