About the Role

This is a domestic assistant role at Exemplar Health Care, supporting adults living with complex mental health needs. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our home is clean, inviting, and welcoming for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.

Key responsibilities include performing daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming. You will also be responsible for cleaning and tidying designated areas, such as service users' rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices. Additionally, you may be required to support with washing and drying laundry, safely using equipment as needed.
