Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
  • Sensitively implement the pattern of the day routine;
  • Support in planning innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development;
  • Support in completing high-quality assessments and planning for the children within your care;
  • E nsure smooth transitions during key times such as sleep, meals, and outings;
  • Supervise mealtime and adhere to all mealtime policies to ensure children's safety while eating;
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures;
  • B uild and maintain excellent relationships with parents;
  • Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and child welfare;
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the day;
  • Perform daily H&S-related tasks and checks promptly and thoroughly;
  • Implement behavioral safety within the nursery;
  • Lead on educational excellence and embody exceptionally high standards, never cutting corners.
