Job Title: Product Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street Recruitment. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with master data management on SAP, ensuring the integrity of data used in reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate and coordinate product development with Plant-MDC through designated work management systems.
  • Liaise with customers regarding artworks and specifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Sales, Production, Customers, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless product development and approval processes.
  • Participate in special projects as identified, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and update product specifications based on Process Engineering and Quality improvements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support production teams with spec-related queries and article inspection, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Ensure SAP data accuracy, integrity, and completeness for the area of responsibility, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Participate in activities related to analysis and interpretation of Packaging Business Data for Corporate staff, providing insights for business growth.
  • Maintain and facilitate a comprehensive understanding of SAP Data requirements, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Further Education or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience.
  • Strong background/knowledge of Microsoft computer software, with a focus on SAP.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Flexible Packaging Experience, with a focus on SAP.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in SAP, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
