About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Agincare Group Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of all meals within our care home, ensuring that any special dietary requirements are catered for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and delivery of all meals within the care home
- Cater for special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies
- Create and maintain cooking and cleaning regimes for all areas of the kitchen
- Ensure safe working practices within the home, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
- Present and prepare meals to an excellent standard and quality
About You:
We are looking for a Cook with excellent cooking skills, a strong understanding of dietary requirements, and outstanding attention to detail. Previous catering experience, preferably in a care home setting, is preferred but not essential.
