Senior Commercial Manager (Construction)

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 plus £4,000 car allowance

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position within the construction team, responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals
- Develop and implement construction strategies to meet business objectives
