The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive hospital service, including relevant education and training to all healthcare professionals, carers, and other workers involved in the care of referred children.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dietitian to gain broad experience in Paediatric Dietetics, dealing with a wide variety of specialities.

The role will involve working as part of a multi-professional team, providing nutritional advice and support to patients and families, and contributing to the development of patient-centred care.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good grounding in previous post as a qualified Dietitian, with experience of working as part of a multi-professional team, and student training experience.

You will also have good communication skills at all levels, good organisational skills, time management, teaching/presentation skills, computer skills and use of dietary analysis programs, clinical reasoning, behaviour & motivational interviewing skills, HCPC registration, degree/postgraduate qualification in nutrition & / or dietetics, evidence of continuing professional development, BDA membership, postgraduate diploma/MSc or evidence of advanced dietetic practice, Module 1 and 2 Paediatric course or equivalent experience, and Clinical Supervisory Skills Course (Basic).
