About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Central London. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day activity on client accounts, working closely with Account Directors and HODs to deliver client Scope of Works and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly understanding client brands, products, and services, and our respective Scope of Work for each client
  • Working collaboratively with divisional and client teams to manage and support delivery of excellent client service and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and activities, and maintaining accurate records of hours worked
  • Overseeing the creation of press releases, social media content, and other promotional materials
  • Developing and maintaining media lists, and identifying opportunities for media coverage
  • Supporting and leading Account Executives and PR Assistants with their roles and responsibilities
  • Regularly communicating with clients to execute account management, including planning meetings and updates
  • Contributing to the development of creative campaigns and strategies to deliver excellent results
  • Maintaining a network of valuable media contacts to support delivery of best coverage possible
  • Supporting the team and agency on new business research, brainstorms, and pitch writing and presentation
