We're seeking an experienced Event Experience Manager to join our team in Skegness. As part of our Buffets Department, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

This exciting role will involve split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving high standards across the board.

You should have prior experience in hospitality, such as busy restaurants, bars, or retail environments where speed and quality are paramount. Your passion for leading and developing a team will be essential in nurturing and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

In this role, you'll drive consistent brand standards while prioritizing guest obsession and operational efficiency. Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and stock control systems will help maximize gross profit margins, while adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.

A strong advocate for your team's fulfillment at work, you'll engage in regular 121's and Performance Development Plan discussions to support their growth and career development within Butlin's.

With a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll enjoy a dynamic and rewarding environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
