This skilled operative opportunity has arisen with a reputable Chartered Building Company in Suffolk, working predominantly in occupied homes.

The company delivers professional customer care and aftersales service on behalf of leading housebuilders and contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong all-round construction skills, specifically in painting and decorating, basic carpentry, and patch plastering.

Responsibilities include ensuring works are carried out to the required standard, while maintaining excellent customer service focus.

We seek an experienced operative with knowledge of working in occupied homes, preferably for housebuilders or building and maintenance companies.

A trade CSCS card is advantageous, as is good communication and customer service skills.

Salary: £28-£32 per hour. Benefits include travel allowance and the chance to work for a respected industry leader.
