ERP Trainer Role

As an ERP Trainer at Dalkia, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our ERP system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for new starters, functional training, and refresher courses.
  • Functional Training: Provide training on finance, commercial, procurement, and administration support functions within the ERP system.
  • Deliver BC Software Training: Train users on Business Central software, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create training manuals, user guides, and online learning modules to support user adoption.
  • Review User Competence: Assess user competence in the system, identifying areas for improvement and risks.
  • Implement Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement and standardization across the organization.
  • Assist Business Units: Support business units to understand and utilize the ERP system effectively.

Requirements:

  • ERP Experience: Proven experience as an ERP Trainer or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Products: Ability to utilize Microsoft products, including Sharepoint.
