As a key member of the Damia Group Ltd team, we are seeking an experienced Quest One Identity Safeguard Engineer Lead to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quest One Identity Safeguard PAM solution, ensuring software is patched and maintained to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate closely with Workplace Tech colleagues to identify and mitigate PAM-related risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and policies in relation to PAM, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Onboard existing and new systems into the Quest One Identity Safeguard PAM solution, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on PAM solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in Quest One Identity Safeguard and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
