Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional planning service to our clients, ensuring high-quality project work and excellent client relationships.
  • To coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams working on planning projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • To maintain a good relationship with clients, deliver high-quality project work, and manage projects efficiently in accordance with our project management procedures.
  • To work with the planning team to manage workload and ensure the best use of resources, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • To contribute to the development of Planning, EIA, and Project Management aspects of our website and social media channels, ensuring they are interesting, current, and relevant, and promoting our work.

Requirements:

  • Degree or masters in Town Planning or related discipline.
  • Membership of RTPI or RICS.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience as a capable planner, with a strong track record in project and client management.
  • Previous private sector experience, with a good understanding of the Energy and Minerals sector.
  • Experience working across a range of development sectors, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges.
