Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our operations in Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
* Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
* Be a responsible key holder
* Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
* Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
* Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
* Delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proactive at all times

Requirements:

* Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
* Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
* Team player and can-do attitude
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
