About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our Living Space Responsive team in Skelmersdale. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for undertaking repair and renewal roofing works while working safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake repair and renewal roofing works
• Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
• Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the skill area
• Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
• Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken via a PDA

About You:

We are looking for someone with relevant trade qualifications and a full UK driving license. Ideally, you will have experience within the housing maintenance sector but not necessarily. We offer a competitive salary and a chance to work on challenging projects.
