We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. As an Early Years Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training to our apprentices in the Early Years sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the delivery of Apprenticeships, Level 2 and Level 3 in Early Years Education, and will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our learners to achieve their full potential.

**Job Purpose**

The Early Years Tutor will deliver and run the Early Years apprenticeship programme via a face-to-face approach. This will involve developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing learner progress, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our apprentices.

**Essential Responsibilities**

  • Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship
  • Prepare and produce schemes of work
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (e-portfolio and paper based) for each individual learner according to internal procedures
  • Provide progression, retention, and achievement information for the course being taught

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A teaching qualification at Level 3/5 or similar and Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working within the childcare / early years sector
  • At least five years' experience working in an education environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes

**What We Offer**
