Software Development Manager

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our AI Development team in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as AI and propensity modelling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience leading teams on AI projects. You will be comfortable with coding in C# and designing architecture, and have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
We offer a hybrid working model, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. To be successful in this role, you must be currently based locally to Bracknell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI Development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Design and implement architecture for AI projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in C# and Agile methodologies
Requirements:
- Degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group/Red Brick University
- Experience leading software development teams on AI projects
- Strong C# knowledge and experience with AI/ML concepts
- SQL skills and experience with Agile methodologies
