We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide high-quality management and control of the finance function at Rock UK, a multi-site Christian outdoor adventure charity. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to facilitate the smooth operation of the charity's finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the charity's mission and vision.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial management and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
