Are you an organized and communicative individual looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Head of Junior School at The Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, promoting the welfare of children and young people. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Junior School, ensuring efficient time management, prioritization of commitments, and effective communication with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organize and maintain the Headteacher's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Correspondence Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing communication for the Headteacher, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Liaison: Act as the first point of contact between the Headteacher and staff, parents, external stakeholders, and the wider community.
- Project Support: Provide administrative assistance for special projects, school initiatives, or programmes led by the Headteacher.
