Job Title: IT Field Network and Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking an experienced IT Field Network and Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This role requires a dynamic IT professional with excellent communication skills and a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement cybersecurity measures, including compliance with cyber essentials and GDPR security standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for clients' IT systems on-site.
  • Engage directly with senior and high-profile clients to address complex issues.
  • Deliver on-site project management to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell technical solutions that align with clients' evolving needs.
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure maintenance and installations.
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 (including Group Policies and Security Policies).
  • Proven experience with Azure administration and implementations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with client builds and imaging.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team player with independent problem-solving abilities.
