We are seeking an experienced English Instructor to join our team at Novus, an organization dedicated to providing education and training services in correctional settings. As an English Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping our learners develop their English skills and achieve their educational goals.

**Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality English lessons to learners in a correctional setting.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Assess learner needs and develop individualized learning plans.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners in achieving their educational qualifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners.

**Requirements:

• A full teaching qualification and experience teaching English courses.
• Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
• Gain/hold and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
