We are seeking two experienced Assistant Site Managers to join our team at Sphere Solutions. As a leading contractor, we are undertaking a bespoke high-end residential build project in the UK, and we require individuals with a strong background in site management to oversee the project's success.

Project Overview

The project involves a one-off bespoke build with a budget of around £18 million. Our team is already in place, with a project manager and construction manager, and we are now looking for two assistant site managers to work closely with them to deliver a high-end finish.

Key Responsibilities

As an assistant site manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the project manager and construction manager in overseeing the project's progress
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Managing and supervising a team of site staff
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First aid certification
  • Experience in site management, preferably in a similar project
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
