Are you a recent college graduate or looking to transition into a career in education? Do you want to gain valuable classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor and explore the world of teaching?

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Cheltenham. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of lesson plans and providing a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Engage with students and facilitate productive class sessions
  • Manage classroom behavior in line with the school's behavior policy
  • Present lessons with the resources provided, no prior teaching experience necessary

We offer competitive pay ranging from £100-£130 per day, PAYE, Monday to Friday, with flexible days to accommodate your availability. Whether you can commit to a full week or just a few days, we'll work with your schedule.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people aged 11-16 (preferred)
  • A Levels in relevant subjects
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • No prior teaching experience necessary, but enthusiasm, communication skills, and a minimum of A Levels (preferably in English, Maths, Science, Business, Drama, Psychology, Humanities, or Sports) are desired
