Employment Advisor Opportunity

Coyne Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit highly skilled Employment Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed jobseekers in finding and sustaining employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth consultations with jobseekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment.
  2. Develop and implement tailored action plans to address barriers and promote employment.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a holistic and professional approach.
  4. Network with local employers to promote jobseekers' skills and abilities.
  5. Provide information, advice, and guidance on employment opportunities and benefits.
  6. Collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to secure job placements.
  7. Support jobseekers with CV writing, job application processes, and training course bookings.
  8. Conduct outreach work to promote products and services within the local community.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Well-developed IT skills, including MI systems and data security.
  4. Self-motivation and self-confidence.
  5. Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators and challenging targets.
  7. Administration and organisational skills.
