Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality in-home nursing care to our patients. As a Home Health Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes, providing nursing services, treatments, and preventative procedures as ordered by physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services, treatments, and preventative procedures to patients in their homes.
- Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for the client's care and safety.
- Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and caregivers regarding nursing care needs and other related problems.
- Supervise and direct home health aides in providing care to patients.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- 6+ months' experience working with the frail or elderly population.
- Bilingual Spanish or other language preferred but not required.
