Job Title: Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team at Linkster Recruitment. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the automation of equipment and machines within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming PLCs from various manufacturers such as Schneider, Siemens, Proface, and B&R.
  • Collaborating effectively with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
  • Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SIEMENS (Step7, WinCC, TIA portal), SCHNEIDER (PL7, Unity, VijeoDesigner, SoMachine), and B&R (automation studio) is essential.
  • Familiarity with robotics, particularly Fanuc, and the ability to read schematics using SEE Electrical Expert is advantageous.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
  • Additional compensation for overtime and Sunday work (£36 per hour for overtime and £48 per hour for Sundays).
