- Oversee sub-consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery.
- Support account managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates, managing project changes.
- Understand and manage client's programme and project objectives.
- Contribute to project governance and fee management activities.
- Relevant construction qualification.
- Member or candidate for membership of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).
- Highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with JCT and/or NEC contract administration.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
