Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback
- Driving sales, team retention, training, and customer service initiatives
- Maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a bar or restaurant environment, with a strong background in customer service and team management
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
