Job Title: Senior Cloud Platform Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Platform Developer to join our vibrant and growing investment organisation. As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud platform and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our cloud platform and software.
  • Collaborate with the team on design and strategy for our company tech.
  • Involvement in the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering and software design to release, end-to-end testing.

Requirements:

  • Development experience with .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Front-end experience in HTML5, CSS, and JS.
  • Extensive experience in SQL.
  • Experience with tools: Visual Studio Community, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, issue management software like Jira, SQL Management Studio.
  • Open to work on new technologies and areas of tech.
  • Good communication skills and adaptable personality.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Azure: App Services, Azure SQL, Virtual Networks, Data Lake.
  • Azure Data Factory.
  • Python.
  • Google APIs and OAuth2.
  • Developing APIs and Microservices. Swagger Framework.
  • Network/Security and good practices.

About Us: We are a vibrant and growing investment organisation with offices in Sussex. We have a hybrid approach to work and are looking for someone to be in the Sussex office twice a week, however there is flexibility here. Our team is in expansion so career progression and stack specialisation is a reality.
