We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable UK University.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
